*xKudasaii - Application Thread

Are you applying to join GoldenWings(Level 200+)? Yes, I will be applying to Goldenwings.
Are you applying to join SilverWings(Level 1-199)? No, I will not be applying to SilverWings.
Where are you from? I am from Michigan, a state in United State of America.
What is your age? I am 19 years of age.
What class are you? I am a Templar (Tanker Build)
Whats your current level? My Current Lvl is 1, because i was buying stuff for him before i started, but i will be lvling him soon as im done with this application being said i will get 200+ quickly, because i have 150% and 300% pots on standby and all who know me know i am aoe pro ^_^
How many hours are you online daily? I tend to play 3-6 hours daily and 7 hours easy, rather it be semi afk (playing xbox 360) or hanging out with friends, on days i dont have to work.
Do you go to school? If so state the times. No I do not attend school, i am a high school Graduate, but i will be enrolled in a collage in the 2nd week of January so i once i know my Class times, I can inform u of those.
Is this your first Massively Multi-player Online (MMO)? No I am a Vet when it come to MMOs, Some of my most hardcore mmos playtimes, came from Runescape, City of heroes and city of villions, Normal flyff, and event did some time on W.O.W (Got mad board tho haha).
Whats your Ign (In game name)? My IGN is xKudasaii
Is this your main character? Yes this will be my main Toon (Character)
How long have you been playing? I have been playing Flyff in general for 4 years now, but i have only been playing Insanity flyff for about 5 weeks now
What would you like your in game Nickname to be? I would like me In game nick name to be either Tony or Nokanoob will work
How can you contribute to GoldenWings? I can contribute to Goldenwings in 3 main ways. 1: I can donate Quest Items to help level guild. 2: I can help by tanking bosses once my templar is 300 (will only take a few days). 3: I will be in school for Psychology, plus I was a Teacher aid in highschool which allowed me to get good at solving problems, deputes, and to be a Unbiased peer mediator, meaning listening to 2 or more parties, and helping reach an conclusion and/or agreement
How did you contribute to your last guild? They last guild I was in Was Holy Crap, I was one of the co-leaders with JagaurI, Will Made the guild lvl 35 swith just us two and we help keep the peace while at the same time trying to build the guild up.
Have you ever been in this guild? If so state why you left the guild and why you are re-applying. No i have never been in Goldenwing/SilverWing
What guild were you in before? Why did you leave? I was formally in the guild "Holycrap", i left because JargauI gave up on trying to make the "weaklins" powerful, and after he left i kinda stop trying to, but i do still talk to them, yet i want to be in a well establish guild to try to seek my fame along side my guildmates.
Did you leave on good terms with your last guild? Yes I left on very good terms with my last guild.
Have you been in more than 4 guilds? If so which guilds were they? and why did you leave? No i Have not been in more then 4 guilds.
Do you have other characters in different guilds? Yes i have an 300 Arcanist (DemonicKudasai) in Unknown but i only joined to hold a spot of a friend that was in it, and need to make a new Toon but didnt know when last time lead would be on same time as him.
Please list two (active ign's) references from your previous guild. May we contact your references? If not please explain. I have deleted alot of my Toons (a way to start fresh), Reference can be JaharuI, Still a very good friend of mines, and now a forums mod. Yes u may contact him, in-fact I welcome You.
And the Second reference would be Brand0n, Still another very great friend of mine.
Have you ever scammed or been scammed in-game? If so explain,. Yes i Have been scammed, In fact the first time and so far only time i donated to get IP, I was scammed for the 600 I was selling because someone ask for stuff the when i reloged to make the trade, they have left and deleted person, So i did not make as much as I could have made.
Have you ever hacked or been hacked in-game? If so explain,. No i have never Hacked or been hacked In-game.
We're a non-botting/non-hacking guild are you cool with that? Yes I do not Bot, they annoy me. (except for when i Afk shout, but i do check ups every 5min because when i do afk shout i am playing my xbox 360.
This guild is a "Non-donor" (meaning not everyone donates) guild but we do have donors. Does this bother you? If so state why. No, Ur guild being a non-donar guild does not bother me, and When double IP event comes i do plan on doanting a bit to get funding for my Tenshi set and Hopfully Malefic slayer
What’s your end game goal for InsanityFlyff? My Goal is to Break Records, and Help New comers, Which I have broken the Most Def record on a Arcanist (silly little record but o well), ill continue to try and break more and more. Also I do help Newcomers when I can, and will continue to, because ik how it feel to start a new mmo and have no clue wat to do.
Would you consider yourself an active gamer? Yes i do consider my self an very active gamer.
RaidCall is not required but recommended, do you use RaidCall? No i dont not use RaidCall because i have never heard of it but judgeing from the name i assume its like skype or something, but i do have an active facebook, with video chat So i can be on that
How were you referred to us? Please list everyone within the guild you know. I was referred to the guild from one of my friends "Brand0n" who has recently joined. I do however know the following (how ever they may not know who i am right away cause used to change people alot but still with the same basic names) : Bran0n, PLUElife, CriticallyXtreme, MonoGoesPvp and SirArdain.
If accepted how long do you plan to stay with GoldenWings (Be serious)? I plan to stay with Goldenwings Until pretty much I stop playign Flyff altogether (Wont be for a long long long lon.......g time) or A lead see fit to let me go (I doubt will happen cause im INSANE- But AWSOME )

/support: This guy is very cool and all round a great person, i think he would be a useful addition to the guild :p I'm not sure if my opinion matters atm cuz I'm the one who refered him to the guild lol
